The links below lead to other sites which may interest you as both a pilot and FS enthusiast. They will open in new pop-up windows, so that you may return here at your convenience to explore multiple links. The links below are sites which did not fit into flight planning or FSX-specific resource sites (covered by the navigation above).
AOPA's GA Serving America is a crucial educational site which represents GA and it's importance to American communities.
AOPA - Aircraft owners and Pilots Organization. NOTE: You do NOT have to be a pilot to be a member of this organization. In fact, the more members they have, the more support and resources they will have for helping the GA Community.
Flight1 Software is a developer which has produced a great number of their own products, and also distributes via E-Commerce a number of add-ons from other high quality developers. For the student pilot who uses FSX as a training tool, Flight1 can be a great resource for realistic handling, high quality aircraft, such as their Cessna 172R. I personally use their C172R as a student pilot, practicing Cross Country VFR and IFR in FSX.
